• Order details: your name, phone number, email (optional), pickup time, order notes and what you ordered.
• Rewards: if rewards are offered, your phone number is used to keep your points balance and order history.
• Messages: what you send through our Contact page, including your name, email, phone (optional) and rating.
• Basic technical data: your IP address is used briefly to prevent spam and abuse.

Payments are processed by Square on Square's secure payment page. Your card details go directly to Square and never touch our website. Square's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

• To prepare your order and contact you about it (for example, if there's a question about pickup).
• To run the rewards program and show your points balance.
• To reply to your messages, feedback and complaints.
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Only the services we need to run the website and your order: Square (payments and order tickets), our email provider (to deliver contact messages to us), and our website host (Render), which stores the data. If you order through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub, those companies' own policies apply. We may also share information if the law requires it.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. Staff who log in to manage the site use a login cookie.

We keep order, rewards and message records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below); some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to close your rewards account, by emailing contactus@spiceolive.com or using our Contact page.

This website is meant for adults placing food orders. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
