Terms of Service

Your order is confirmed once payment is completed on Square's payment page. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or there's a problem with your order, and we may cancel and fully refund an order we can't fulfil.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change. Sales tax is added at checkout. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Square.

Orders placed on this website are for pickup only. Pickup times are estimates; please bring your order number or the name on the order. Delivery orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub are handled under those companies' own terms. Orders not picked up on the day may be discarded for food-safety reasons.

Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible — once we've started preparing your food we may not be able to change it. If something is wrong with your order, tell us the same day and we'll make it right with a replacement, credit or refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Square.

Dietary labels (like vegan or gluten-free) describe the recipe's ingredients. Our kitchen handles nuts, sesame, dairy, gluten and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any item is free of them. If you have a food allergy, please tell us before ordering.

Where offered, reward points are earned on paid online orders and can be redeemed for discounts as shown at checkout. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and are tied to the phone number used. We may change or end the rewards program, or adjust points earned in error or through misuse. Canceled or refunded orders may have their points removed.

Photos are for illustration and the food may look slightly different. Items and options can sell out or change without notice. We may pause online ordering at any time, for example when we're very busy.

Please don't misuse the website — for example by placing fake orders, trying to change prices, or sending spam. We may block anyone who does.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA.
